Thank you for your Subscription with www.wanguardplacements.com. If you are not satisfied with our placement related services, we’re here to help you to get a refund as per below policy. Please read our policy carefully. This is the cancellation and refund policy of www.wanguardplacements.com

 

Wanguard Placement

 

Wanguard Placement does not employ the Applicants; the Employer (third party) is the employer of the Applicant. The role of Wanguard Placement is that of a facilitator.

 

Refund Process:

  • If Wanguard Placement is unable to provide placements related services to the Applicant.
  • If the Applicant secures a job independently within the validity period.

Refund Request Procedure:

  • The applicant should register a refund request through our Help Desk Number or via email to support@wanguardplacements.com
  • The refund request must be only submitted by a valid and authorized paid subscriber.
  • Upon receiving the refund request, Wanguard Placement will notify the applicant through email or the help desk number regarding the status of the refund.

Refund Approval:

  • If the refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original method of payment.
  • The refund process may take 5-7 business/working days.
  • Wanguard Placement reserves its discretion in the matter of calculating the amount to be refunded after following the procedures as per agency norms and policies. 
  • It is further clarified that the parameter in determining the amount to be refunded is the effort of the applicant, it is not a matter of right. The decision in this regard, made by the agency shall be final and binding on the Applicant.

No Refund On Registration Fee 

Please note that as a service-oriented company, there will be no refund for registration fee charges. We appreciate your trust in Wanguard Placements.
